- The Frank five-step A3 method:
- Step one: Decide the purpose of your A3.
Session two
- Step two: Select your content.
- Presenting quantitative information: Choosing the right chart or graph for your A3
- Step three: Draft your layout.
- Step four: Design your A3 using Power Point.
- Step five: Adjust the content within your layout.
- Design basics using PowerPoint:
- Slide size.
- Space and alignment.
- Diagrams.
- Charts and Graphs.
- Icons.
- Font.
- Colour.
